All UEE Citizens should be aware of Banu cultural norms before entering into any transactions with the Banu.
The Hryleena Souli rarely transact business outside the Banu Protectorate. For this reason, UEE law does not apply to transactions, licensing, representation of products, or any other aspect of the Banu Auctions. All transactions with UEE citizens are protected under Interstellar Trading Agreements, which can be found on the ARK Spectrum Channel.
Banu law and cultural norms dictate that all transactions are final, and that any disputes should be taken up with the Banu Arbitration Souli, located on Bacchus II, in the Bacchus System. UEE Citizens are warned that the Arbitration Souli rarely, if ever, side in favor of alien species in such matters.
UEE Citizens are also warned to stay well within known flight routes when in Banu space. The Banu still have a culture that accepts, and profits from the trade and enthrallment of intelligent species. The UEE has no jurisdiction within the Banu Protectorate, and cannot guarantee the safety of any Citizen who strays outside the normal interspecies trade lanes or areas within the Protectorate.
The Hryleena Souli meet all regulations for transacting with the UEE and her Citizens. All items won at auction are subject to inspection at border systems upon first arrival in the UEE. Contraband material or beings, will be confiscated, and applicable UEE laws strictly enforced.
